Dr. Khoza holds a Ph.D. Management Finance; a Master of Business Administration (MBA); a Master of Science Degree (MSc.) Project Management (Oil & Gas); and a Master of Philosophy in Management Finance (M.Phil. Mgmt. Finance).

Dr. Khoza further holds other qualifications in Infrastructure and Finance. With accumulative theoretical knowledge in gas and oil explorations. He also has a vast knowledge and experience in the Build Environment that includes Planning and Execution of Social and Economic Infrastracture. Dr Khoza further holds an extensive knowledge in infrastructure Finance, Public Private Partnerships and Concession Agreements for any projects size. Currently, Dr. Khoza acquired a membership status at the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA).

Perez holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science Degree and has extensive experience in Data Management and Analysis, Software Development as well as Web Design. His knowledge includes Project Management in Software Design.

As a competent Project Architect, Perez guarantees that all IT Infrastructure, Data Analysis Tools, & Management Processes during project life cycle operate at 100% capacity in cloud technologies and strategies for increased efficient functionality and security.

Zandile holds a B.Sc. Honours (Geology) Degree and a GDE Mining Engineering. Her experience includes mining and exploration geology, mineral rights administration, project management, minerals marketing and trade compliance in the mining industry.

Zandi’s commodity experience includes Coal, Gold, Diamonds, Iron ore, PGM’s and Chrome.

She is a registered member of SACNASP, Member number: 4000043/06 and also Member of the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA) as well as the Geostatistical Association of South Africa (GASA). Zandi is a competent person in Coal Geology.

Mandisa applies her knowledge and experience to ensure the environmental compliance activities of the company. Possessing an Honours Degree in Environmental Science and a comprehensive proficiency in Scientific Research, Data Interpretation, Policy Management, and Environmental Impact Assessment.

Our Environmentalist brings a wealth of expertise to our organization, with two years dedicated to Waste Policy and Information Management and an additional year focused on Air Quality Management.

Notably, her scholarly achievements include the publication of an honour’s thesis in the prestigious International Scientific Journal, Environmental Development.
